SUMMARY:High Holiday Seats
DESCRIPTION:Dear Shul Member\,\n\nAs many of you are aware\, the air condit
 ioning in the main Sanctuary is currently&nbsp\;not operational. Due to a 
 chip shortage (which impacts the replacement system) there is a significan
 t backlog in equipment\, and we do not anticipate being able to replace th
 e air conditioning system prior to the Yomim Noraim (High Holy Days).&nbsp
 \; As such\, our primary minyan will be held in the David Schwitzer ע"ה&
 nbsp\; &nbsp\;social hall.&nbsp\; Assuming there is sufficient interest an
 d commitment and / or the need due to space constraints\, we will have a s
 econd minyan outdoors under a tent for Rosh Hashana morning and all of Yom
  Kippur.&nbsp\; Due to the logistical planning required in having multiple
  minyanim and the potential indoor space constraints\, we ask that those p
 lanning to attend davening for the Yomim Noraim submit their seating requi
 rements as soon as possible\, but not later than Sunday\, August 8th. &nbs
 p\; We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s wishes.\n\nOnce again 
 it will be the policy of the shul to provide seats at no charge to childre
 n of members from first grade through Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Children old enough
  to sit with their parents are welcome to attend.\n\nIn accordance with pr
 esent CDC guidelines\, masks are required to be worn indoors by anyone not
  fully vaccinated. &nbsp\; Currently\, we anticipate that the indoor seati
 ng configuration will not have any restrictions relative to social distanc
 ing.&nbsp\; Needless to say\, COVID-19 and related guidelines is a fluid s
 ituation and subject to change at any time.&nbsp\;\n\nAs per shul policy\,
  all families must have their June 30\, 2021 outstanding balances paid in 
 full before reservations for High Holy Day seats can be accepted. &nbsp\; 
 In addition\, associate members are not entitled to member rates.\n\nI wou
 ld greatly appreciate and strongly urge each of you to take a few moments 
 to submit the online Google form.&nbsp\; If you have difficulty with the G
 oogle form\, please contact me and I will provide a hard copy of the form.
 &nbsp\; Once again please note the deadline of Sunday\, August 8th.\n\nIf
